We get it! Purchasing online can be a little difficult for sizing and colouring. As such, we have a favourable returns policy so that you can shop with a little more confidence. There is a slightly different policy for helmets, so please read through both of them below:

 

Helmets ordered online with Bikebiz may be returned up to 7 days from the date that you receive your package.

 

  1. The item(s) must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging;

  2. The item(s) contained within this packaging must be in original condition;

  3. Part numbers on the item(s) must be legible and undamaged;

  4. The item(s) must be received at Bikebiz within 10 Working days of being shipped;

  5. Bikebiz must refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue;

  6. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return;

  7. Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable:

  8. When you return a helmet for a refund or an exchange, it must be securely bubble wrapped in the box, and the box must be wrapped in order to protect anything from becoming stuck to it. If the helmet is not bubble wrapped, or the box is not wrapped, either may be damaged in transit and Bikebiz must refuse the return;

  9. If you are making a first time helmet purchase, feel free to give us a call so we can assist you with sizing over the phone;

  10. Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Bikebiz will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied;

  11. Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.

 

All other products ordered online with Bikebiz may be returned up to 30 days from the date that you receive your package.

 

  1. The item(s) must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging;

  4. The item(s) must be received at Bikebiz within 10 Working days of being shipped;
